Not only did he offer his extermination services, he also provided safety information for my daughter who lives there alone at the moment. “Trent is a fantastic guy as well as running an excellent pest control company. We had an issue with rodents (mice) infiltrating our house somehow. I couldn’t find any entrance point that they could be using. Trent found the spot, created from scatch a metal barrier to put inside the wall and cover the entrance hole in the bottom corner of our garage, between the block foundation and wood framing. It wasn’t very big, and apparently I had overlooked it many times. Trent found it right away, sealed it, and put traps out (not set) with different kinds of food in case they were getting in another way. Nearly a year later, the food on the traps hasn’t been touched, and we haven’t seen any evidence at all of mice. He is outstanding at his job!!”

“Our experience was completely positive. Trent provided an inspection of our crawl space, we had chipmunks taking up residence, & provided a proposal with a clear cost if we accepted. The inspection was free of charge & there was no pressure to accept the quote. We did accept and they began work within a week. The work was completed and the areas were cleaned up afterwards. We try our best to use locally owned & operated businesses whenever possible. Trent & Jonah exceeded our expectations and I am glad to report we are now chipmunk & mouse free!!”

“We’ve been struggling with ants for years at our apartment complex. We have tried baiting, cleaning, sealing off entrances. Nothing worked. Berner comes in and finds the 2 colonies (plus some extra issues) and solves it in less than 30 minutes. Great, well informed guy, that actually cares about taking care of his customer’s problems. 11/10 recommend over big brands.”

Moving into a new construction home came with an unexpected problem for Zach H. His family counted 17 harvestman spiders around the front entrance.
