Most pest control companies make you call just to learn what anything costs. We would rather put our prices where you can see them. Every plan is serviced quarterly and billed monthly, there are no cancellation fees, and our general pest plans are month-to-month. Prices are current as of June 2026, and your free quote will always confirm the exact number before any work begins.

Berner Basic
Insect Only

Mosquito, Flea & Tick Service (Seasonal)
April through October: 10 services per season at 2-3 week intervals, targeting mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks where they rest and breed. Priced by lot size. Details on our mosquito service page. Hosting a backyard wedding or party? One-time event treatments are quoted in person.

Pricing FAQ
How much does pest control cost in Lexington, KY?
At Berner Pest Solutions, quarterly home pest prevention starts at $40 per month with a $99 initial visit for homes up to 2,000 square feet. Plans that add rodent coverage start at $45 per month, and our bundled pest and termite plan starts at $65 per month. One-time general pest treatments are $250.
Why does the first visit cost more?
The initial visit is the heavy lift. It includes a full inspection, treatment of existing activity, and setup of your prevention plan, which takes considerably more time and product than a regular quarterly visit.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Our general pest plans are month-to-month with no cancellation fees. The one exception is Berner Complete, which includes a 12-month agreement so we can discount the initial termite install. After the first year it continues month-to-month.
What if pests come back between visits?
Covered re-services are part of every plan. If the pests we treat for return between quarterly visits, we come back at no charge. One-time general pest services include a 30-day re-service warranty.
