Pest control visits occur quarterly (4 times per year). Termite bait station inspections are conducted on the same schedule, with additional monitoring as needed during active termite season (spring and summer).
Is there a contract required for the Berner Complete?
Berner Complete includes a 12-month service agreement, which allows us to offer a significantly discounted initial termite treatment. After your first year, the agreement renews on an ongoing basis — and you can cancel at any time with no penalties after that initial term. Berner Complete is the one exception to our month-to-month approach; all of our general pest plans stay month-to-month with no cancellation fees. Our goal is to earn your business every single visit through quality service and honest communication.
