What's Included in Berner Complete?
Preventative Termite Treatment
Our preventative termite treatments feature Trelona® ATBS Annual Bait Stations strategically installed around your home to create a ring of protection that leads to colony elimination for the life of your home and includes a transferable retreatment warranty in the event of a change of ownership.
Thorough Interior Treatment
Your initial service will include a preventative treatment to the interior of your home including all necessary wall voids (behind outlets along exterior walls) and plumbing voids throughout your home to keep pests out. Bait may also be applied to areas of activity such as in cracks, crevices, cabinets and under appliances for existing pest activity.
Exterior Inspection & Treatment
Exterior inspection and treatment will be performed on the initial visit and recurring on a quarterly basis to include removal of wasp nests and spider webs from the outside of your home. An exterior perimeter treatment will be applied to the foundation and around your home to prevent pests from getting inside.
Annual Inspection
On the anniversary date of the start of your service, an interior and exterior termite inspection will be performed including inspection of the Trelona® ATBS Annual Bait Stations on your property.
Free Service Calls
Service calls for covered pests are included in between quarterly visits at no additional cost.

How often does service occur with the Berner Complete?
Pest control visits occur quarterly (4 times per year). Termite bait stations are inspected annually, following the Trelona ATBS Annual protocol, with additional monitoring if termite activity warrants it.
Is there a contract required for the Berner Complete?
Berner Complete includes a 12-month service agreement, which allows us to offer a significantly discounted initial termite treatment. After your first year, the agreement renews on an ongoing basis, and you can cancel at any time with no penalties after that initial term. Berner Complete is the one exception to our month-to-month approach; all of our general pest plans stay month-to-month with no cancellation fees. Our goal is to earn your business every single visit through quality service and honest communication.
